Having enjoyed a fulfilling and successful sales career in the electrical industry, I know what a joy it is to find the right candidate to work with. I have been a recruiter and mentor for my company outside of my regular responsibilities and am now striving to fill a need to help candidates and companies find that perfect fit. This site is not for the masses — it is a specific, tailored approach to hiring in our “little” underground industrial world.

Those with experience, drive and passion for success will be connected with companies that fit them best. Think of it like a match.com for industry, with a lot less selfies. There are ample resources for those right out of college, but there is a gap for those who have been in one or more jobs and are still looking for the right home. There is also a gap for businesses that are starving for talented, dependable employees who understand the basics of what they do. My goal is to bridge that gap.
