Job Description

We are looking for high caliber individuals that are seeking to grow professionally and take control of their career. Each candidate will begin an 18-24 month training program working their way throughout our entire Profit Center, from operations to sales and leadership. Our program is designed to provide you with the necessary training and skills to succeed in our industry and your personal growth. This program can and likely will change as you progress through in order to be tailored to your skill sets and development.


Responsibilities: These will change as you move through the program

  • Master Operations within the warehouse
  • Become Proficient in our CRM system at Counter Sales
  • Form and maintain strong relationships with Customers and Vendors
  • Understand and represent the value of Inside Sales
  • Understand the types of Showroom Customers and how we add value to their project



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Sales)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Positive attitude and a desire to learn with a growth mindset
  • Experience in a customer facing role is a plus
