Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales/ Operations Development Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to identify and target potential customers, manage large scale projects, and improve internal processes. Your ultimate goal will be to help grow revenue by providing exceptional customer service and developing customized solutions. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage and track sales activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with our vendor community to maintain stocking levels and manage inventory turns
  • Attend sales meetings, product demonstrations, and other training sessions as needed
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Sales)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Positive attitude and a desire to learn with a growth mindset
  • Experience in a customer facing role is a plus
