The HVAC Territory Manager plays a crucial role in delivering our mission and achieving our goals. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the current customer base and develop the growth of a defined sales territory in overall sales and profitable growth. Typical duties for the Territory Manager include but are not limited to:
- Obtain new customers and maintain existing customers according to sales goals jointly established with Management
- Maintain outstanding levels of customer service
- Provide customer assistance with sales, orders, or any issues that may arise
- Participate in company sales and promotions and market to customers
- Participate in training opportunities for products and equipment
- Provide customers with information on new products, services, changes, and promotions
- Participate in sales meetings and furnish requisite weekly and monthly reports
- Attend and participate in industry and/or association meetings and events as a representative of the company
- Develop working relationships with territory customers including owners, managers, and technicians
- Apply knowledge of basic air conditioning and heating concepts to appropriately assist customers with product needs and/or problems
- Communicate customer or industry concerns and issues to appropriate company personnel
Outside sales reps receive a base salary plus commission with no caps!

Experience
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 3 years industry sales or customer service experience with demonstrated profitable sales experience
- Advanced knowledge of the HVAC industry with application, technical, managerial experience a plus
- Good listener and strong communicator
- Entrepreneurial, goal-driven, action-oriented, self-motivated
- Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and open-minded manner
- Well organized and represent the company in a professionally
- Related degree is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook
