Responsibilities

  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with both existing and prospective customers to drive repeat business and new opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, accurately identifying needs and delivering customized solutions that resolve their challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted strategies that drive sales growth and expand market presence.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and negotiate pricing to achieve both customer satisfaction and company objectives.
  • Monitor key sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and product updates to provide customers with insightful recommendations.
Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ERP software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.
Education

BACHELOR'S DEGREE PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED.
