As a VFD Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers on the selection, application, and use of VFDs/Variable Frequency Drives. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and training to our customers on VFDs and drives

- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities

- Develop and deliver presentations to customers on the features and benefits of VFDs and drives

- Provide support to our customers during the installation and startup phases of VFD projects

- Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with VFDs and drives

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry

- Prepare technical proposals and quotes for customers

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and project information

Experience

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in VFDs and drives application engineering

- Strong understanding of the electrical industry and related products

- Experience with sales and sales support

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bonus if candidate has experience with ABB products

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
